GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT

Velen van jullie weten dat ik meer dan een jaar geleden een ernstig fietsongeluk heb gehad.

Ik brak mijn rug en beschadigde ik mijn hand, ik was meer dan een jaar niet in staat om met leder te werken, mijn passie.

GOED NIEUWS: Ik ben volledig hersteld! Ik ben terug, gemotiveerd en vol met nieuwe ideeën.

SLECHT NIEUWS: Helaas verloopt het verzekeringsproces traag.

Twintig maanden na het ongeluk weet ik nog steeds niet wat mijn compensatie zal zijn.

Tot ik zeker weet dat ik volledig gecompenseerd zal worden voor het inkomensverlies, zal ik niet investeren in een nieuwe collectie.

Ik bied mijn excuses aan voor de onzekerheid over de tijdlijn, maar ik waardeer jullie geduld enorm.

Many of you are aware that I was in a bicycling accident over a year ago.

During this time, I broke my back and damaged my hand, I was unable to work with leather, my passion, for over a year.

Good News: I am thrilled to share that I have fully recovered! I am back, motivated, and my head is full of new ideas.

Bad News: Unfortunately, the insurance process has been slow. Twenty months after the accident, I still do not know what my compensation will be.

Until I am certain about my full compensation for the loss of income, I will not be investing in a new collection.
