How long does it take to ship my order?
The regular processing time for me to pack and ship is 2 workdays.

Transit time depends on the destination and customs speed.

Please note our shipping costs don’t include any customs, taxes and or import duties for international shipping. These have to be paid by the customer. It depends on your country’s customs whether or not duties apply.
I need my purchase delivered really fast. What are my options?

I haven’t received my package yet. What can I do?
Please send me an e-mail and I will help you track your insured package.
My purchase is a gift. Can I ship to anyone else?
During the payment process you can choose a different shipping address then the billing address.
So YES you are able to surprise someone!
Can I return my order afterwards?
If you are not happy with your order, please return them to me within 14 days after receipt.
I will be happy to exchange or refund.
I do not refund the original delivery charge.

I am a retailer and want to sell your designs. What can I do?
you can email me, however I am not focussed on selling to retailers and do not aim to.
Do you take on personal assignments for designing or producing custom made leather pieces?
I do custom made orders, but with a minimum of 10 pieces.
Email me with a description of your special request and I will get back to you about the possibilities.
