Delivery and shipping costs


You will receive your order in Belgium within
5 days.
 
All orders will be sent by DPD, POST.NL or BPOST and are insured.
The shipping fees are displayed while placing your order.

Notification and tracking is sent via e-mail.


Good news if you live far, far away:
we ship from Belgium to the world.

The total cost of your items ordered (in Euro) plus shipping fees  will be billed to you.

This does not include any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local government.
 
As customs policies vary widely in every country, we cannot anticipate what fees are levied once the merchandise reaches your country.


we ship within 4 days but due to different customs in every country it is hard te predict the deliverytime.

shippings to France take about 7 days, US 14 days, UK 12 days.
If customs holds back a package to check it delivery will be delayed.

We have encountered many issues with shipping to Australia, but it remains possible after sending me an email where we can discuss the options.



You can cancel your order by email within 24 hours without indication of any reason. The billed amount will be returned.

Returns
Within 2 weeks, without indicating any reason, you can return the goods received.
 
This is what you do:
send an e-mail with your details including the order number: info@mayenne-nelen.com
 
(i will refund you once i receive the return)

Then send the goods back in their original box.
The return postal costs, will be at your expense.
